Sales in Ragpiq are classified as either Self-List Sales or Consignment (User) Sales. The key difference:
- Self-List Sales are fully automated and require no payouts to others.
- User Sales require you, the reseller, to process payouts to the consignor.

Self-List Sales
- Auto-complete – No manual intervention needed.
- No commission fees – You retain 100% of the sale.
- Based on listing tokens – Uses your self-list token balance.
User (Consignment) Sales
- Attached to the commission rate agreed upon with the user during onboarding.
- All consignor sales incur a platform fee – this keeps Ragpiq free and open-source.
- Payout responsibility – Platform sales are automatically paid out to the consignor. For synced or other external sales, it is your responsibility as the reseller to manually trigger payouts.
- Service standards – Ragpiq monitors payout timelines; repeated delays in manual payouts can result in suspension from the platform.
