To ensure compliance and protect against fraud, Ragpiq integrates with Stripe Identity for optional KYC verification.
Identity verification becomes mandatory in the following cases:
- Your shop requires KYC for anti-fraud compliance.
- You plan to pay out a consignor more than $16,373 AUD in total value.
Verification options:
- By User: Consignors can complete identity verification from their Ragpiq mobile app under Settings → Identity Verification.
- By Reseller: From your Consignor Dashboard, select a user and click Send Verification Invite to send them a secure Stripe verification link.
Once verified, the user’s profile will display their verification status as “Verified” under payout settings.
