You can add a consignor straight from your dashboard. Open Users → Add consignor (or the New consignor tile on your overview) and start by typing their email. Ragpiq checks whether that email already belongs to a Ragpiq account.
- Already on Ragpiq? You can link them to your shop as a consignor in one tap. No duplicate account is created.
- New to Ragpiq? You choose how to bring them on: send an invite, or onboard them yourself.
Option 1: Send an invite email
Best when the consignor is happy to set themselves up.
- Enter their email, and optionally a first name and a short personal note.
- They receive a clean, branded invite with a secure link that works on any device.
- They tap it, finish their own details, and are automatically linked to your shop.
Option 2: Onboard them yourself
Best when you want the consignor ready to sell and get paid without doing anything themselves.
- Fill in their details once: name, date of birth, phone, address, and bank account. You can add ID photos too, or skip that step.
- Ragpiq creates their payout account in the background from what you entered.
- They receive a simple email with one button: Accept.
- They tap Accept, land straight in their wardrobe, and are ready to consign. There is nothing for them to fill in.
A small banner on their wardrobe invites them to message you, so the relationship starts the moment they arrive.
Which should I use?
Use Send an invite when the consignor wants control of their own signup. Use Onboard them yourself when you are sitting with them, or you already have their details, and you want the smoothest possible start for them.
