You're paid 30 days after the item is delivered.
This allows time for any returns or disputes to be resolved before funds are released.
Pricing is agreed during the offer stage of your consignment.
You can also choose to let the reseller adjust pricing by enabling this option during upload. This is recommended; resellers are incentivised to maximise your sale price since it directly increases their commission.
This depends on what you selected during your upload.
Your options typically include:
- Extending the sale period
- Having the item returned (shipping or pick-up)
- Donating the item
You can also request your item back at any time, regardless of the original agreement.
Some parts can be changed, others can't.
You cannot change the commission rate once the consignment is confirmed. This protects both you and the reseller.
You can adjust:

- Sale duration
- What happens if the item doesn't sell
If you want to change the commission %, you'll need to submit a new consignment request.
You always retain full ownership of your items until they are sold.
In this arrangement, you are the Bailor, meaning the reseller is acting on your behalf to store, list, and sell your items without ever taking ownership.
