Manual sales are used when an item is sold through a non-integrated payment method—for example:
- In-person terminal payments
- Cash sales
- Sales on a platform Ragpiq doesn’t currently integrate with
On Mobile (Bulk Option Available)
- In your Wardrobe, search for your listing.
- Swipe right on the listing and tap the checkout icon.
- Add more listings to your cart if needed, or proceed with just the one.
- Confirm the sale price.
- Tap Take Payment Elsewhere.
- The card saved to your reseller account will be charged automatically, triggering:
- Payout to the user
- User notification of sale once cleared
On Desktop (No Bulk Option)
- In My Inventory, select the listing you wish to sell.
- Click + Sale.
- Enter the sale price (defaults to current listing price).
- Review the charges.
- Click Pay to charge the card on file and notify the user.
Post-Sale
When a manual sale is completed:
- The item is automatically unpublished from Ragpiq.
- It is moved into the Delist category in your Automations tab.
Creating a Checkout
Use this flow when recording a sale from the checkout screen (rather than swiping from your wardrobe).
Mobile
- Tap the + tab on the home screen.
- Tap New +.
- Select Checkout.
- Search and add the sold items.
- Adjust prices if needed.
- Select a checkout option.
Desktop
- Go to your Activity page.
- Click + Sale (top right).
- Search and add the sold items.
- Adjust prices if needed.
- Select a checkout option.
Checkout Options
Instant Payout
Immediately sends funds to the consignor after you confirm the sale. The consignor is notified and the transaction is fully complete.
Mark as Sold (Pending Payout)
Marks items as sold without paying out yet. Use this when:
- Waiting for delivery confirmation
- Waiting for return periods to expire
- Bundling multiple payouts together
You can return and complete the payout at any time.
