How to Sync Sales
- Follow our Sync Automation Guide for step-by-step setup.
- Select the date from which you want to sync sales.
- Run the sync to pull all matching sales data into your account.
Marketplace Support
- Works with all connected marketplaces except Facebook.
Supported Listing Types
- User Listings – Sales are linked to the agreed commission rate for each consignor.
- Self-Listed Items – No commission or payout required.
Payout Process
- Sync payouts do not automatically pay users.
- You must confirm the sale price and submit the payout manually.
- Users are not notified when a sale is synced—they are only notified once you submit the payout.
Shipping Data
- Sync also pulls the buyer’s shipping address.
- This allows you to purchase shipping labels directly from our 17+ integrated providers.
