RAGPIQ|Seller Docs

Overview

Ragpiq is built around locality. Our map-based interface is at the heart of the marketplace experience—allowing users to browse nearby resellers, and enabling resellers to view available consignments in their area.

All user uploads happen directly through our mobile app, equipped with tools that make transferring clothing to resellers smooth, trackable, and efficient.

Respond to Requests

Requests are how resellers receive first access to high-quality uploads before they are opened to the wider marketplace.

When a user creates an upload, Ragpiq may recommend specific resellers during the upload flow. This typically happens when a reseller has been invited, is nearby, or is a strong match for the item type.

From the Inbox tab, resellers can review item details, location, delivery options, and any notes from the user before choosing to accept or pass.

Receiving Items - How it works

  1. User Creates an Upload Request

The user either creates a public listing or directly invites you to their listing.

  2. Resellers Submit their Offers

Resellers (including you) offer to sell the items at an agreed commission percentage.

  3. User Accepts an Offer

The user chooses a reseller and confirms the preferred delivery method.

  4. Track Delivery

Clothing is delivered to you via the chosen delivery option.

  5. Upload Items

You begin uploading the items to the user’s order and confirm completion.
