Once your user’s items have arrived, the first step is to confirm their delivery so you can begin listing.
When Your Offer Is Accepted
When a user accepts your offer, you receive their full delivery details: name, contact, and address (if courier or pickup). This is the moment you take custody responsibility for the item.
Acceptance means:
- The user has chosen you specifically over other resellers who offered
- Delivery arrangements can proceed
- You hold custody once the item is received
Personal details are not shared until acceptance. This is intentional, and protects both sides.
1. Confirm Delivery
- Mobile: Go to your Wardrobe → Uploads tab.
- Laptop/Desktop: Go to My Activities → Uploads tab.
- Find the relevant upload request and confirm the delivery.
- Once confirmed, the activity will automatically move to the Processing stage.
2. Processing Stage
The Processing tab is where you can start creating listings for the user’s items.
On Laptop/Desktop
- Go to Uploads tab.
- Locate the consignment (in “Processing”).
- Click the three-dot menu next to the request.
- Select Upload to open the uploader screen.
- Choose your upload method:
- Manual Upload
- Ragpiq Link
On Mobile
- Go to your Wardrobe → Uploads tab.
- Find the relevant request and tap Upload.
- Choose from:
- Live Shoot – capture new HD images directly in-app.
- Camera Roll – select images from your phone’s gallery.
- Ragpiq Link – pull in images uploaded via the desktop app.
