Process Upload

Once your user’s items have arrived, the first step is to confirm their delivery so you can begin listing.

1. Confirm Delivery

• Mobile: Go to your Wardrobe → Uploads tab.
• Laptop/Desktop: Go to My Activities → Uploads tab.
• Find the relevant upload request and confirm the delivery.
• Once confirmed, the activity will automatically move to the Processing stage.

2. Processing Stage

The Processing tab is where you can start creating listings for the user’s items.

On Laptop/Desktop

1. Go to Uploads tab.
2. Locate the consignment (in “Processing”).
3. Click the three-dot menu next to the request.
4. Select Upload to open the uploader screen.
5. Choose your upload method:
   • Manual Upload
   • Ragpiq Link

On Mobile

1. Go to your Wardrobe → Uploads tab.
2. Find the relevant request and tap Upload.
3. Choose from:
   • Live Shoot – capture new HD images directly in-app.
   • Camera Roll – select images from your phone’s gallery.
   • Ragpiq Link – pull in images uploaded via the desktop app.
