Ragpiq's checkout has Tap to Pay built in, but plenty of stores want the money in the till they already run. Connect your POS in Integrations and the checkout gains an option for it.
Square Terminal
The full experience: the charge appears on your Square Terminal by itself.
- In Integrations, open the Square card's menu and choose Pair Terminal.
- On the Terminal: Sign in, then Use a device code, and type the code shown.
- At checkout, choose Charge on Square Terminal. The amount appears on the Terminal, the customer taps, and Ragpiq records the sale the moment Square confirms.
The money settles into your own Square account. Consignor payouts and fees record in Ragpiq exactly as they do for any counter sale.
If the option is missing, check the Square card. A "Reconnect Square" note means your connection needs a quick re-approval to unlock in-store payments.
Lightspeed register
Lightspeed doesn't let other apps drive its terminal, so Ragpiq parks the sale on your register instead.
- At checkout, choose Send to Lightspeed register.
- On the Sell Screen: Retrieve sale. The cart is waiting, priced and ready.
- Take payment as normal. Ragpiq records the sale automatically once it closes.
Items not yet in your Lightspeed catalog are added for you on the way through.
Shopify POS
Ragpiq creates a draft order your team finishes in Shopify POS.
- At checkout, choose Send to Shopify POS.
- In Shopify POS: Orders, then Draft orders, and open the newest one.
- Take payment on your reader. The sale flows back to Ragpiq through your Shopify connection.
Paying draft orders in person needs Shopify POS Pro. Items must already be listed to Shopify, since your POS sells from the Shopify catalog.
