Create a Listing (Desktop)

Best for Quick, Direct Uploads

Follow these steps if you want to upload stock quickly, without needing to go through advanced flows.

1. Open the Upload Center

Go to your Upload Center.

This is where all uploads are managed, whether for your own stock (self-list) or on behalf of users.

2. Self-Lists (your own stock)

Use this option if you’re uploading inventory directly into your account.

  1. In the top-right corner, click “Upload”.
  2. A popup will appear showing either “Personal” or “Managed Listings”, click Personal
  3. To start a new listing, click Create New +.
  4. Add all images you want to convert into listings (you can upload for multiple listings at once).
  5. After upload, reorder the images to group them per listing and select the cover photo for each.
  6. Click Submit and wait for the system to process the upload.
  7. Once complete, your items will appear in your product list.

💡 Tip: Use Self-listing if you want full control over pricing, details, and sales flow.

3. User Uploads (on behalf of your consignors)

Use this option if a user has sent items to you and you need to upload them under their account.

  1. Locate the user’s upload request in the “Uploads” tab of your Business dashboard
  2. Mark the request as Delivered once you’ve received the items.
    • This keeps inventory status accurate and prevents double handling.
  3. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the request.
  4. From the menu, select Upload.
  5. When the popup appears, click “Create New” to start a new listing**.**
  6. Add all images you want to convert into listings (you can upload for multiple listings at once).
  7. After upload, reorder the images to group them per listing and select the cover photo for each.
  8. Click Submit and wait for the system to process the upload.
  9. Once complete, your items will all together for that consigning user
  10. To complete the listings and attach them to your users account, click “Complete”

💡 Tip: Always check the user’s description and images before uploading. It keeps records aligned and avoids disputes.

4. Final Step: Confirm Upload

In both flows (Self-list or User Upload), the last step is the same:

  • Review the listings generated.
  • Click Complete.

Your item(s) will now be live in your inventory and ready for listing across platforms.
