1. Download the app
Ragpiq is on iOS and Android. Sign in with your email: we send you a link, so there's no password to remember.
2. Film your pieces
Tap Sell and film what you're clearing out. Show each piece clearly, with its label and any wear. We take pieces worth $100 or more, and sometimes consider ones a bit under.
3. Get your prices
We price every piece and send you an offer in the app. For each piece, choose instant cash or consign it, or tap it and choose Pass to leave it out. If a price feels low, ask for a better one from your offer and we'll take another look.
Your offer stays open for 24 hours. If it runs out, tap Ask for a new offer.
4. Send your pieces in
Once you accept, book an Uber pick-up in the app, send your pieces with Australia Post, or drop them at our Collingwood office. See Delivery Options.
5. Get paid
Instant cash is paid once we've checked your pieces in. Some pieces are authenticated first, which usually takes 2 to 3 hours. Consigned pieces pay out to your Wallet as they sell.
