Uploading your clothes to Ragpiq is quick, simple, and designed to take the work off your hands. Whether you're clearing out a few items or doing a full wardrobe refresh, this guide will walk you through the entire process — from downloading the app to handing off your items.
1. Download Ragpiq Mobile
To begin, you'll need to download the Ragpiq app, available on both iOS and Android.
2. Make a request
Select Delivery Type
Once you're inside the app, navigate to the upload section by tapping the "Upload Item" button on your dashboard. You'll begin by selecting one or more delivery methods you're open to — including pick-up, drop-off, instant driver, or courier. You can select as many as you like, depending on what's most convenient for you.

Add Your Item Details
After selecting your preferred delivery methods, you'll fill in a few quick details to help resellers decide whether to accept your request. The more accurate you are here, the faster you'll receive quality offers.
Address Confirmation: Confirm your pick-up or return address. This helps resellers assess logistics and is required for local delivery options. If you haven't added an address yet, you'll be prompted to do so.
Number of Items: Enter a rough count of the items you're sending. This gives resellers a sense of the job's size.
Estimated Value: Add an approximate total value of the batch. This helps resellers gauge the opportunity and prioritise accordingly.
Images: Upload up to 8 supporting photos — clean, clear images of tags, piles, or styled shots will help your upload stand out.
Note to Reseller (Optional): You can include a short message to resellers with any context about the items or preferences you have.
3. Invite Resellers (Optional)
If you already know a reseller you'd like to work with — or want to skip the public map — you can invite them directly to your order. Simply search for the reseller using the map or switch to the list view. Once you've found them, tap "Request" to view your active upload requests and choose which one to send. The reseller will be notified and can respond with their accepted delivery options and a message.
4. Accept an offer
After submitting your item, you'll begin to receive offers from resellers — each with a proposed commission rate. You'll be notified each time a new offer comes in. You can view each reseller's profile, past performance, and marketplace reach to help you decide.
