Once you've accepted your offer, choose how to get your pieces to us. You'll find each option on your upload in the app.
Uber pick-up
Book an Uber driver in the app and they'll collect your pieces from your door and bring them to us. Pack everything in one bag or box so the driver can take it in one go.
The fare comes off your payout, unless your pick-up is free: your first one is, up to $35, if you joined through a friend's link or one of our ads, and inviting a friend brings your fare back when their first bag reaches us.
Australia Post
Buy a prepaid label in the app and post your parcel. The label's cost comes off your payout. You can follow it from your upload until it reaches us.
Drop-off
Drop your pieces at our Collingwood office. You'll find the details on your upload in the app.
Getting paid
We check your pieces in when they arrive. Some are authenticated first, which usually takes 2 to 3 hours. Instant cash then goes to your Wallet.
