Delivery Options

Once you've accepted an offer from a reseller, you'll need to get your items to them. Ragpiq supports several delivery methods — choose the one that works best for you.


Drop-off

Once you've accepted an offer and selected drop-off, you'll be able to coordinate the handover directly with the reseller using Ragpiq's in-app messaging system. You can agree on a time, day, and place that works for both of you — whether that's their studio, home, or a neutral meeting point like a cafe or parcel point.

Locate Reseller

To get started, head to your Wardrobe in the app. From there, tap into the Uploads tab and select the upload request you've already matched with a reseller. Then tap "Drop-off" — this will take you to a dedicated page showing all the drop-off details.

On this page, you'll see:

  • The reseller's name and profile
  • Their drop-off location pinned on a map
  • A clickable link that opens Google Maps with directions to the location

Pick-up

Once you've accepted an offer and selected pick-up, your chosen reseller will arrange to collect your items directly from your address. Pick-up is ideal if you want a completely hands-free experience — especially if you're located in a metro area where many resellers operate.

All communication around timing, access, and instructions is handled through Ragpiq's in-app messaging system. You and the reseller can agree on a day, time window, and any specific details like gate codes or safe spots for contactless pick-up. Some resellers offer flexible timing or weekend pick-ups, while others may operate on a schedule.


Instant Delivery (Driver)

Once you've accepted an offer and selected Instant Delivery, you can book a same-day driver through any supported ride-share courier app of your choice. Once booked, all you need to do is upload the tracking link so your reseller can monitor the delivery in real time.

How to Use Instant Delivery

To start, book a same-day parcel delivery through an app like Uber Direct, Uber Package, or DiDi Delivery. Enter the reseller's drop-off address exactly as shown in the app and confirm your order.

Once your courier is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking link for the trip. This link allows both you and the reseller to view the driver's location and confirm when the handoff is complete. Next, return to the Ragpiq app and do the following:

  1. Head to your Wardrobe
  2. Tap into the Uploads tab and select the upload you've matched with a reseller
  3. Tap "Organise Driver"
  4. Paste the tracking link provided by your courier service
  5. Tap Confirm

Shipping

From Sendle to Australia Post, Aramex to DHL, we give you access to live pricing and tracking — no need to leave the platform. You select your favourite courier, purchase a label, and either print at home or scan at your local post office or service point.

Our Couriers

We're integrated with major national and international couriers, giving you access to consistently low rates across Australia and beyond. Labels are fully prepaid and tracked — meaning your reseller can monitor the parcel from pickup to drop-off.

Supported couriers include: FedEx, Australia Post, Sendle, DHL, UPS, Uber, DiDi, and USPS.

Purchase a Label

Once you've accepted a reseller's offer and selected shipping, it's time to generate your prepaid label. To do this:

  1. Head to your Wardrobe
  2. Tap into the Uploads tab
  3. Select the upload tied to your reseller
  4. Tap "Ship to"
  5. Select "New Label"

From here, you'll be shown a list of available courier rates. These are calculated based on your location, the reseller's address, and current market pricing. Simply choose the one that suits you best and continue to checkout. After payment is complete, your label is automatically saved to your upload.

Print Your Label

If you have access to a printer:

  1. Head to your Uploads tab
  2. Tap "Ship to" on the relevant upload
  3. Tap on your newly purchased label
  4. Click the Download icon

This will give you a ready-to-print PDF version of your label, sized to A6 or A4 depending on courier requirements.

If you don't have a printer, no stress. Simply take your phone to your local post office or the nearest location that supports your selected courier. Most providers — including Australia Post and Sendle partner points — can print the label for you by scanning the barcode or QR code in the PDF.

Track Your Shipment

Once the label is created, you can track your package at any time from within the app. To do this:

  1. Go to your Uploads tab
  2. Tap the Shipping icon on the relevant request
  3. Tap your purchased label
  4. Then tap "Track"

Both you and your reseller will be able to follow the shipment's progress until it's marked as delivered.

Refund a Label

If you've purchased a shipping label but no longer plan to use it — whether the courier has changed, the reseller's address updated, or you made a mistake — you can request a refund directly through the app. To refund a label:

  1. Go to your Uploads tab
  2. Tap the Shipping icon on the relevant request
  3. Tap your purchased label
  4. Tap the three dots in the corner to open the menu
  5. Select "Refund Label"

Once submitted, refunds are typically processed within 24 hours. As soon as the refund is confirmed, you'll be able to generate a new label for that same request right away.
