Before uploading, it's important to make sure your clothing meets our quality standards and is packed correctly for a smooth handoff to your reseller. This ensures your items are more likely to be accepted quickly and sold faster once listed.
What Items Are Accepted
Ragpiq welcomes a wide range of second-hand clothing — from designer labels to everyday streetwear — but there are a few requirements to keep quality consistent across the platform.
Condition
- All items must be in clean, wearable condition.
- Our resellers do not currently accept items with:
- Heavy staining
- Strong odours
- Rips, holes, or missing components (unless intentional or disclosed)
- Significant signs of wear (e.g. pilling, stretched collars, cracked prints)
Categories
Our resellers currently accept:
- Men's, Women's, and Unisex Clothing
- Outerwear, Denim, Knitwear, Shirts, Dresses, Activewear, Footwear, etc.
- Accessories (bags, belts, hats) in sellable condition
Our resellers do not currently accept:
- Underwear, swimwear, or socks
- Counterfeit or replica items
- Items without a clear size, tag, or brand (unless vintage/obvious)
