Before uploading, make sure your items are in their best possible condition — clean, presentable, and ready for resale. Resellers are far more likely to accept well-prepared items, and they often sell faster.
How to Prepare
Each item should be:
- Washed or dry-cleaned
- Free of lint, pet hair, and strong fragrances
- Folded neatly to reduce wrinkles and improve presentation
Drop-off & Pick-up
If you're organising a drop-off or a local pick-up with a reseller, your packaging doesn't need to be complicated — just secure and easy to handle.
- Place your items in a clean bag or box
- Reusable grocery bags, tote bags, or spare cardboard boxes work well
- Avoid hangers or overly bulky packaging unless the reseller specifically requests it
Delivery
If your item is being posted to a reseller, you'll need to ensure it's securely packed for transit. Make sure:
- Each item is placed in a clean, sealed bag
- Items are packed inside an enclosed, airtight container — use compostable mailers, padded envelopes, or small moving boxes depending on quantity
- The outer packaging is weather-resistant and well-sealed with tape
