How does Ragpiq work?

Ragpiq is a clothing consignment marketplace that connects users with verified resellers around the world. We make resale simple and affordable by equipping the reseller community with cutting-edge technology and streamlined distribution services. As a user, you can upload your clothing items and match with nearby resellers who handle everything from photography to listing, pricing, and shipping. It's all commission-based — once your items sell, you get paid.


How we deal with different types of bugs?

Major Bugs: These stop you and most other users from using Ragpiq and have top priority. We work on these immediately and continuously until they are fixed.

Medium Bugs: These are inconvenient and affect some users but don't prevent key actions in the app. They are proactively addressed and usually fixed in the latest app version. Always keep your app updated to avoid known issues.

Minor Bugs: These are trivial issues affecting a small number of users and don't impact key actions in the app. They are addressed based on priority and may take longer to resolve, but we will not lose track of them.


How are bugs fixed?

We aim to keep the app running smoothly, but sometimes things don't work as expected. Our engineering teams prioritize major bugs over other tasks.


How to create an account with Ragpiq?

You can either sign up manually using your existing email, or link your Google account with us and directly create an account.


What to expect after you report a bug?

Once submitted, you'll receive an email confirming we've received your report. Our Support team will review all the details you've provided. If possible, the team will resolve the issue or provide guidance on how you can fix it. If the issue is new to us, we may contact you for additional details to help diagnose the problem.


I forgot my password.

Forgot your password? No worries. Simply reset your password to regain access to your account:

  1. When signing in, click "Forgot Password?" in the Entry Terminal page
  2. Fill in the email you registered your Ragpiq account with
  3. Check your inbox
  4. Follow the instructions from your email and a new password can be created

How to report a bug/technical issue?

Send our support team an email at hello@ragpiq.com so we can assist in resolving the issue. It's crucial to describe the problem as accurately as possible to help us identify and fix it faster.

Please provide detailed information of whether you're using the mobile or laptop version to access Ragpiq. Screen recordings help us see the problem in action, making it easier for our teams to identify what's going wrong. While a screenshot can show the error, a screen recording helps us understand how you encountered it, so start recording from when you open the app.
