One handover. Your register finishes.
Ragpiq parks the cart on your register and opens it for you, adding any items not yet in your Lightspeed catalogue on the way through. Take payment on your usual reader and the sale records once it closes. Until then the stock is still yours.
- In Integrations, connect Lightspeed.
- At checkout, choose Point of sale, then Lightspeed register if you run more than one till.
- The sale opens ready to pay. If the tab stays shut, use Open the sale in Lightspeed on the confirmation screen, or Retrieve sale on the Sell Screen.
Two screens, one counter
The tab opens on the device you pressed Confirm on. If Ragpiq is on a laptop and Register is on an iPad, pick the cart up on the iPad under Retrieve sale.
