Overview

Ragpiq connects you with individuals actively looking to consign clothing. As a reseller, you can review incoming requests, browse nearby consignments, and submit offers outlining your commission, handling method, and message.

Once a user accepts your offer, the consignment is confirmed and you will receive their delivery details.

View Uploads

There are two primary places to find new inventory:

• Requests Inbox → Direct requests sent to you
• Search Page → All live consignments available nearby

Both allow you to submit offers.

Inside each consignment you’ll see:

• Full image gallery
• Brand and item type
• User description
• Estimated resale value
• Condition notes
• Location
• Delivery options the user accepts

Review carefully before submitting an offer.

Send Offers

Your offer defines the terms under which you will manage and sell the item. After reviewing the item details, tap Next to begin configuring your offer. This will open the offer setup screen where you define your commission, delivery method, and message.

Add Delivery Method

Select the delivery methods you can fulfil. Only select methods you are prepared to complete promptly. For a full explanation of each option, see Delivery Methods

Confirm Delivery Address

Your address is where the item will be delivered if the consignor selects courier or pickup. Ensure this is accurate and up to date.

Select Commission Rate

Choose the commission rate you wish to apply to this consignment. This represents the percentage you will retain when the item sells. If you do not yet have a commission profile, you can create one during this step. Your commission should reflect the expected effort, storage, and time required to sell the item. Add Message

Your message is one of the most important factors in whether your offer is accepted. Use this to clearly explain your approach and build confidence. Strong messages typically include:

• The expected resale price range
• Where the item will be sold (storefront, online, or both)
• Your typical sale timeframe
• Any relevant expertise or specialization

Offer Accepted

You will receive a confirmation showing:

• User name
• Contact details
• Delivery address (if courier or pickup)
• Selected delivery method
• Consignment ID

This confirms you are responsible for receiving and managing the item.

Acceptance confirms:

• The user has chosen you specifically
• Delivery arrangements can proceed
• You now have custody responsibility once received

This step is required so Ragpiq can securely share user details. Without acceptance, no personal details are shared.
