Overview
One of Ragpiq’s most powerful features is fully integrated payouts. Every consignor on Ragpiq has already provided:

This means when an item sells, you can pay the consignor instantly from Ragpiq, without opening your banking app or chasing payment details. Everything is handled in one place.
How sales are recorded
🔄 Ragpiq Sync (automatic)
When you connect marketplaces like Depop, eBay, or Shopify through Ragpiq, sales automatically sync into your account. Ragpiq stores:
- Sale price
- Shipping charged to the buyer
- Marketplace fees
- Buyer shipping details
Synced sales are marked as Pending. The consignor is not notified until you complete the payout. This gives you full control to confirm delivery, adjust details, or bundle payouts.
🧾 Manual checkout (in-store, cash, or external sales)
You can manually record sales and payout consignors, even if the sale didn’t occur through a connected marketplace.
Ragpiq automatically:
- Calculates each consignor’s payout based on their commission rate
- Lets you bundle multiple items from different consignors into one checkout
- Allows price adjustments before confirming
How to create a checkout
📱 Mobile
- Tap the ➕ tab on the home screen
- Tap New +
- Select Checkout
- Search and add the sold items
- Adjust prices if needed
- Select a checkout option
💻 Desktop
- Go to your Activity page
- Click + Sale (top right)
- Search and add the sold items
- Adjust prices if needed
- Select a checkout option

Perfect for in-store sales.
- Show the QR code to your customer
- They pay through the Ragpiq checkout terminal
- Wait for the ✅ confirmation
- The sale is automatically recorded
⚡ Instant payout
Immediately send funds to consignors after confirming the sale.
- Consignors are notified instantly
- Transaction is fully completed
⏳ Mark as sold (pending payout)
Mark items as sold without paying out yet.
Useful when:
- Waiting for delivery confirmation
- Waiting for return periods to expire
- Bundling payouts later
You can return and complete the payout anytime.
Payment Fees
Stripe Fees
Ragpiq uses Stripe for secure payment processing.
To minimise fees, we recommend adding an AU BECS debit account, which offers:
- Low transaction rates
- Fee cap of approximately $3.50 per payout
- Lower costs than credit or debit cards

Ragpiq processing fee
Ragpiq charges a small processing fee on each payout. This covers payment infrastructure, syncing, and automation tools.
