Create Listings

Overview

When you accept an upload request, you’ll need to create a listing for each item you receive. Listings store all key information about the item, including the consignor’s agreed commission rate, item details, and images.

Listings are also what power Ragpiq’s cross-listing tools, allowing you to publish and sync items across multiple marketplaces directly from one place. Once created, listings can be edited, published, and tracked throughout their lifecycle.

To get started, choose your preferred workflow below:

  • Desktop → Best for professional workflows, bulk image imports, and high-volume listing
  • Mobile → Ideal for casual resellers using their phone; no image transfers required
  • Shopify → Connect your Shopify store to sync existing products directly into Ragpiq

Create Listing - Shopify

1. Install Ragpiq App in Shopify

Ragpiq x Shopify is currently invite only. Please contact our team to request access.

2. Open the Uploads Tab

Head to your Uploads tab. This is where all new listings start.

Consignment (on behalf of a user)

  • Either find the existing upload request in the list below
  • Or click Upload in the top right, then click Managed Listing, and search for the consignor by name

Upload to an existing request

Search for a user and attach to a recent upload

3. Open the Shopify Importer

Once inside the Upload Center, click the Shopify logo.

If this is your first time, you’ll need to connect your Shopify store.

  • Go to the Automations tab to connect Shopify; link this from docs

4. Select Items to Import

Select all Shopify products you want to add to the listing.

When ready, click Confirm.

5. AI Processing

Your items will begin processing through Ragpiq’s AI. This step cleans data, standardises fields, and prepares the listing.

Wait for the status to finish loading.

6. Complete the Upload

Once processing is complete, click Complete.

Your listing is now live and ready for sale or offers.

🖥️ Create Listing - Desktop

  1. Locate the user’s upload request in the “Uploads” tab of your Business dashboard
  2. Mark the request as Delivered once you’ve received the items.
    • This keeps inventory status accurate and prevents double handling.
  3. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the request.
  4. From the menu, select Upload.
  5. When the popup appears, click “Create New” to start a new listing**.**
  6. Add all images you want to convert into listings (you can upload for multiple listings at once).
  7. After upload, reorder the images to group them per listing and select the cover photo for each.
  8. Click Submit and wait for the system to process the upload.
  9. Once complete, your items will all together for that consigning user
  10. To complete the listings and attach them to your users account, click “Complete”

💡 Tip: Always check the user’s description and images before uploading. It keeps records aligned and avoids disputes.

📱 Create Listing - Mobile

The simplest method, using just your phone.

  1. Go to your Wardrobe in the app and tap the Upload (+) button.
  2. Select the listing type (User or Self-List).
  3. Choose whether to add images from your Photo Library or capture new ones with the Camera.
  4. Using the in-app camera, you can capture HD images in sequence for consistent quality.
  5. Upload all images you intend to convert into listings (multiple listings can be uploaded in one go).
  6. After upload, reorder your images to group them per listing and select a cover photo for each.
  7. Tap Submit and wait for the system to process your upload.
  8. Once complete, your items will appear in your wardrobe.

💡 Tip: Shooting in sequence (front, back, details) makes it easier to reorder images and ensures clean, professional listings.
