How it works

Expert authentication runs in partnership with LegitGrails. A specialist reviews the item in detail and returns a documented verdict you can stand behind. Because a person assesses each piece, it takes longer and costs more than the AI check, so keep it for the items that warrant it.

When to use it

Reach for expert authentication when:

• the item is high value
• the brand or piece is hard to authenticate
• a buyer wants documented proof before they commit

For everything else, AI authentication is the faster, lower-cost default.
