Error Handling

While Ragpiq’s automations are built for accuracy, errors can occasionally occur. They generally fall into two categories:

1. Missing Information Errors

Occurs when a listing doesn’t have enough data for accurate cross-listing.

  • Often due to our AI not having enough confidence to tag certain item specifications.
  • How to fix:
    1. Click the Error icon in your Automations tab.
    2. Update the required field(s) as prompted.

2. Automation Errors

Less common than missing information errors.

  • Typically caused by incorrect tagging, such as wrong size or category.
  • How to fix:
    1. Click the Error icon in your Automations tab.
    2. Correct the flagged field(s).

If Errors Persist

In the rare ~2% of cases where an error can’t be resolved through the steps above:

  • Every listing (error or not) is saved as a draft in the respective marketplace.
  • Open the draft in that marketplace’s Drafts section.
  • Complete the listing manually using the prefilled data.
  • Copy the link to the live listing and submit it manually in Ragpiq.

Final Note

Errors are part of the process, but as our system evolves, they continue to shrink.
